I’m Carie — a wife, mom of three grown kids, and your guide to the wild beauty of New Hampshire’s North Country.
For me, the outdoors isn’t just about fun — it’s been my medicine and my training ground. I’ve been through 30+ surgeries (half of them spine-related), but instead of letting that stop me, I’ve turned my recovery into resilience. Every climb, every paddle, and every ride has taught me how strong we really are when we refuse to give up.
